Show Notes Chapter Markers

Join us for a humorous take on Florida news as we share oddball headlines from around the Sunshine State.

In Winter Haven, a man reports a dead body to 9-1-1, just so he can get a ride home from police. In Boca Raton, a teacher writes a warning to the parents of elementary school kids: keep your clothes on when you're helping kids on their school Zoom calls. In the Panhandle, Hurricane Sally brought debris, destruction and even some massive iron barges into some Floridians' backyards. Finally, in Flagler County, a karaoke bar kept the party going over the summer, and one big party caused a 'COVID super spreader' event.

Veteran journalists Cory and Kirsten O'Donnell may not be comedians, but they easily find the comedy behind Florida's headlines.  See more episodes on our website, FloridaFreakshow.com.
